What you will do

• Define and lead the roadmap for an AI-ready design system structured for seamless LLM and automated engine consumption.
• Drive the implementation of advanced Design-to-Code pipelines using design tokens and variables for Web, iOS, and Android.
• Architect the intelligent layer of the system to enable AI-assisted assembly of layouts while maintaining brand integrity.
• Lead the design of complex, data-rich patterns for live sports and analytics, ensuring system performance and scalability.
• Implement AI workflows to automate maintenance, including self-generating documentation and proactive system-wide audits.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership to align system strategy with core business objectives.

Requirements

• Experience as a system architect for foundational design systems with a focus on systems thinking.
• Proven ability to integrate AI and automated development into the product design lifecycle.
• Expertise in creating high-density data models and scalable patterns for diverse platforms.
• Strong leadership skills for mentoring design teams in AI fluency and systems thinking.
• Must be able to support a hybrid work model with occasional in-person attendance at hirify.global offices.
