Salary: $100,000–$130,000

What you will do

• Manage and mentor health services staff to promote a healthy work environment.
• Oversee hiring, performance management, and ongoing training for clinical teams.
• Monitor expenses and ensure budget compliance alongside leadership.
• Lead quality improvement projects to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Support the integrated model of care and participate in nursing research activities.
• Direct health services planning and policy-making through committee collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s in Nursing or related field preferred).
• Current State of Florida RN License required (Compact license strongly preferred).
• Minimum five years of nursing experience.
• Minimum two years of management experience preferred.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Eastern Time.
