What you will do

• Own MES execution for a site, program group, or major value stream.
• Lead, develop, and scale a team of MES Specialists and Technical Writers.
• Ensure MES supports daily production needs and resolve issues impacting throughput, quality, or schedule.
• Oversee MES rollout across production lines, ensuring workflows are accurate and adopted.
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and IT to align MES solutions with operational goals.
• Identify gaps between MES workflows and real production execution to drive improvements in efficiency and data accuracy.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in manufacturing, MES, or digital manufacturing roles.
• 2–4+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of production workflows and manufacturing operations.
• Experience deploying or supporting MES in a production environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
