Salary: $80,000 - $130,000

What you will do
- Lead high-rate production execution using lean principles and standard work to drive output against build plans.
- Manage and develop technicians on the floor, enforcing accountability and discipline regarding pace and quality.
- Identify flow disruptions and abnormalities, utilizing an andon mindset to drive rapid problem resolution.
- Implement and maintain visual management boards and tiered accountability systems to eliminate waste.
- Coordinate with Material, Quality, and Engineering teams to maintain seamless production flow and readiness.
- Lead structured problem solving using 5-Why and root cause analysis to implement permanent corrective actions.
Requirements
- 8+ years in manufacturing leadership within high-rate environments.
- Strong experience with lean manufacturing systems and standard work.
- Proven ability to manage technicians and drive disciplined execution.
- Experience managing WIP, flow, and production constraints in real time.
- Hands-on experience with structured problem solving (5-Why, root cause analysis).
Nice to have
- Experience implementing Toyota Production System (TPS) principles.
- Background in electronics or hardware manufacturing.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability production.
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems.
