Salary: $80,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Lead high-rate production execution using lean principles and standard work to drive output against build plans.
• Manage and develop technicians on the floor, enforcing accountability and discipline regarding pace and quality.
• Identify flow disruptions and abnormalities, utilizing an andon mindset to drive rapid problem resolution.
• Implement and maintain visual management boards and tiered accountability systems to eliminate waste.
• Coordinate with Material, Quality, and Engineering teams to maintain seamless production flow and readiness.
• Lead structured problem solving using 5-Why and root cause analysis to implement permanent corrective actions.

Requirements

• 8+ years in manufacturing leadership within high-rate environments.
• Strong experience with lean manufacturing systems and standard work.
• Proven ability to manage technicians and drive disciplined execution.
• Experience managing WIP, flow, and production constraints in real time.
• Hands-on experience with structured problem solving (5-Why, root cause analysis).

Nice to have

• Experience implementing Toyota Production System (TPS) principles.
• Background in electronics or hardware manufacturing.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability production.
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems.
