TL;DR

Plant Manager (Manufacturing): Leading end-to-end manufacturing operations for a digital manufacturing facility with an accent on safety, quality, and cost control. Focus on optimizing production capacity, driving cross-functional process improvements, and managing P&L responsibility.

Location: On-site in Nashua, NH. Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or granted refugee/asylee status due to ITAR regulations.

Salary: $114,200 - $152,200 per year

What you will do

  • Execute manufacturing policies and procedures for safety, quality, cost control, and equipment maintenance.
  • Lead and develop operations teams, including supervisors and technical leads.
  • Manage production capacity, resource allocation, and scheduling to meet delivery priorities.
  • Drive cross-functional process improvements and optimize manufacturing IT systems.
  • Own quality and safety standards, with a strong focus on improving product quality.
  • Lead capital equipment planning and procurement processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in manufacturing/operations management with significant leadership experience.
  • Proven P&L responsibility.
  • U.S. Citizenship, lawful permanent residency (Green Card), or refugee/asylee status required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of machining and/or sheet metal fabrication.
  • Experience in continuous improvement environments.
