What you will do
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end engineering onboarding pipeline, including sourcing, vetting, and client submission.
- Design scalable workflows and frameworks to support high-volume candidate pipelines with a focus on quality and speed.
- Coordinate enablement services such as resume refinement, mock interviews, and technical preparation based on candidate gaps.
- Monitor key funnel metrics (submissions, interviews, offers) to identify friction points and iterate on coaching strategies.
- Deliver reports and insights to leadership regarding pipeline health and talent program utilization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters, technical trainers, and client engagement teams to ensure seamless placement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in talent operations, program leadership, or project enablement.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end workflows in high-volume or fast-paced environments.
- Experience at a top consulting firm or in an operational role within a hyper-growth startup.
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams and timelines.
- Capability to identify and seize opportunities for impact in uncertain contexts without direct oversight.
- Ability to convey complex information and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
