Location: Fully remote, based in Bogota, Colombia

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end engineering onboarding pipeline, including sourcing, vetting, and client submission.
  • Design scalable workflows and frameworks to support high-volume candidate pipelines with a focus on quality and speed.
  • Coordinate enablement services such as resume refinement, mock interviews, and technical preparation based on candidate gaps.
  • Monitor key funnel metrics (submissions, interviews, offers) to identify friction points and iterate on coaching strategies.
  • Deliver reports and insights to leadership regarding pipeline health and talent program utilization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters, technical trainers, and client engagement teams to ensure seamless placement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in talent operations, program leadership, or project enablement.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end workflows in high-volume or fast-paced environments.
  • Experience at a top consulting firm or in an operational role within a hyper-growth startup.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams and timelines.
  • Capability to identify and seize opportunities for impact in uncertain contexts without direct oversight.
  • Ability to convey complex information and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
