Location: Must be based in or be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Mountain View, CA
Compensation: $100K – $105K (OTE) + Equity + Commission

What you will do
- Launch targeted outbound campaigns and perform cold calling to qualify high-potential accounts.
- Utilize intent marketing and community intelligence tools (e.g., CommonRoom) to prioritize prospects.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine the outbound motion and drive revenue growth.
- Manage the full customer experience from first touch to ensuring long-term success.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and demo calls to present ambient documentation products.
- Analyze and solve complex business problems to optimize process throughput and operational metrics.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be based in and work onsite 5 days per week in Mountain View, CA.
- Strong strategic mindset for executing go-to-market (GTM) approaches and refining prospecting.
- Proven track record of consistent, repeatable sales performance.
- Expertise in project management within fast-paced environments.
