What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive developer social media strategy, including platform mix and editorial direction.
• Create integrated social plans for key milestones, such as feature releases, open-source contributions, and technical events.
• Write, edit, and publish daily content tailored to a developer audience to drive engagement and awareness.
• Lead paid social initiatives, from campaign setup and targeting to measuring KPIs and distilling insights.
• Collaborate with DevRel, Product Marketing, and PR teams to align priorities and co-create community content.
• Manage overall program reporting to demonstrate social media's impact on the business and community.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in B2B technology social media (in-house or agency).
• Expertise in managing owned, paid, and earned social media strategies.
• Strong proficiency in using AI tools to optimize content creation, trend analysis, and workflow efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak the developer voice.
• Proven track record of managing multiple high-priority projects from strategy to execution.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
