What you will do

• Own the design process for key product areas from initial discovery to polished high-fidelity execution.
• Simplify complex financial workflows including payments, reconciliation, approvals, and credit flows.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, shape strategy, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Conduct user research and utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to guide design decisions.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system to support scalability across complex product surfaces.
• Explore and integrate AI into product experiences and internal design workflows to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in product design, ideally within B2B or fintech environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and measurable product impact.
• Excellent UX thinking combined with strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Experience designing for complex B2B products, including multi-step workflows and edge cases.
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma and various AI tools.
• Ability to independently lead projects while aligning with broader product strategy in a fast-paced environment.
