What you will do

• Own the full product design lifecycle from problem definition and research to ideation and solution.
• Translate complex cybersecurity workflows into simple, impactful, and memorable user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to align on goals, vision, and outcomes.
• Ensure design consistency and excellence in execution across the platform.
• Measure and analyze product performance post-launch to iterate based on data and feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital SaaS products, preferably in cybersecurity or other complex domains.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI excellence in complex systems.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives, challenge assumptions, and bring structure to ambiguity.
• Skill in user research methodologies, from generative discovery to usability testing.
• Ability to work in an iterative design process, actively seeking and incorporating feedback.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-first mindset.
