What you will do

• Lead the design vision and direction for the Sovereign AI division's products.
• Develop deep expertise in investigative and analytical workflows to act as the voice of the user.
• Create user-centered experiences for mission-critical systems where explainability, auditability, and trust are essential.
• Establish and evolve the design system and quality standards for the entire division.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists across the full product lifecycle.
• Present design rationale and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders and partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products end-to-end.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX depth, system thinking, and high-quality UI execution.
• Proficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of interaction and information-architecture principles.
• High agency and ability to operate with ambiguity and take full ownership of outcomes.
• Genuine interest in AI-powered systems and complex human-machine interaction.
• Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv
