What you will do

• Lead design projects across the full RMM system from foundational workflows to AI-enhanced features.
• Own end-to-end design process: research, ideation, interaction design, prototyping, and developer handoff.
• Design cohesive platform experiences ensuring AI agents integrate naturally with existing tools.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, UX writers, and researchers to define problems and co-create solutions.
• Advocate for users by applying UX best practices, accessibility, and data-driven decisions.
• Apply design system for consistent experiences and communicate rationale to stakeholders.

Requirements

• +3 years of experience in product design, ideally in SaaS or complex systems.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking, problem-solving, and craft.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with design systems; proficiency in Figma.
• Ability to work autonomously while seeking feedback and collaboration.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments.

• Experience designing for B2B products, workflows, or technical audiences.
