What you will do

• Own and drive complex projects across the full RMM system, including AI-enhanced features.
• Create high-fidelity strategic vision artifacts to translate business strategy into product directions.
• Lead comprehensive user research and Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) analysis at a product-wide level.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and UX writers to define problems and co-create solutions.
• Mentor other designers through design reviews and the creation of comprehensive guides.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably within SaaS or complex B2B environments.
• Proven ability to deliver highly polished, high-fidelity design artifacts with exceptional attention to detail.
• Capacity to work autonomously in environments with high ambiguity and identify systemic risks.
• Skill in turning complex technical processes into intuitive controls within a holistic ecosystem.
• Strong communication skills to present design rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
