What you will do
- Execute operations across payments, supply, reputation, and customer support to turn diagnostics into shipped work.
- Optimize payment conversion and throughput to improve LTV and reduce refund rates.
- Re-architect customer support flows using AI to increase automation while maintaining high CSAT.
- Build and maintain the brand's reputation layer across Google, Trustpilot, and App Store/Google Play.
- Analyze business bottlenecks and drive fast execution on the highest-impact fixes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and finance teams to deliver P&L-tied outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Operations, BizOps, Business Analysis, or Management Consulting within fast-growing B2C products or fintech.
- Track record of owning critical business processes end-to-end from definition to measurable outcome.
- Strong analytical foundation with the ability to size problems and build business scenarios.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in parallel and deliver at speed.
- Structured thinking and concrete, fluff-free communication skills.
- Must be based in or able to work from Kyiv, Lviv, or Warsaw (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Proficiency in SQL, specifically writing JOINs and CTEs.
- Prior exposure to payment systems, reputation management, or AI-driven support.
- Financial modeling skills, including unit economics and FP&A.
