Design Engineer (Mechanical Electrical)

What you will do

• Design concepts for cab electrical harnesses during new product introduction and maintenance projects.
• Provide local engineering support for Stop to Fix, Certified Build, and Engineering Change implementations.
• Participate in Root Cause Corrective Action Analysis.
• Create engineering change prints and manage cost reduction projects to simplify manufacturing.
• Support suppliers with design-related queries and contribute to prototype validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Electrical.
• Strong working knowledge of CAD software, specifically SolidWorks or CREO.
• Experience in Harness Modeling.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Valid work authorization for Mexico (no sponsorship provided).
