Deployment Strategist (AI): Deploying the ElevenAgents enterprise AI platform to solve complex customer problems with an accent on AI transformation, workflow optimization, and commercial structuring. Focus on identifying high-impact use cases, guiding customers on agent orchestration, and collaborating with research teams to shape the product roadmap.
Location: Denmark, Sweden. The role requires spending meaningful time onsite with strategic customers.

What you will do
- Own flagship deals end-to-end, from use case identification to structuring commercial terms and closing.
- Embed deeply within strategic customer organizations to act as a trusted partner and own delivery outcomes.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement them.
- Guide customers on best practices for agent design, orchestration, and production readiness for ElevenAgents.
- Present proposals and results to technical teams and C-suite executives.
- Feed field insights back to Research teams to influence the platform and model roadmap.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity, preferably with enterprises.
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
- Commercial instinct for navigating enterprise sales cycles and structuring value propositions.
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration for prototyping and demos.
- Technical aptitude with LLMs, AI agent frameworks, and tooling.
- Ability to map complex enterprise workflows to AI systems.
