Location: Remote (Canada)
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 CAD

What you will do
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise and mid-market retail partners to maximize solution adoption.
- Develop tailored technical strategies and solutions that drive engagement and long-term partner success.
- Lead onboarding and manage the end-to-end delivery of integration projects and strategic initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Analytics to influence roadmap decisions.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives that demonstrate business impact.
Requirements
- Experience in technical account management, client services, pre-sales, or project management in a tech environment.
- Strong ability to manage client relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end with high attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of web technologies such as APIs, JSON, and JavaScript.
- Must be based in Canada.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Magento or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- PMP or similar project management certification.
