What you will do

• Maintain and improve AWS environments using infrastructure-as-code, including VPC, IAM, and cost controls.
• Develop frontend and backend production code for shared platform services using Go, Python, JavaScript, and React.
• Build and automate CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions for testing, container builds, and releases.
• Support a Docker-based deployment platform, managing build workflows and autoscaling.
• Implement observability tools, including metrics, centralized logging, alerting, and dashboards.
• Collaborate directly with nonprofit partners to support tool adoption and translate feedback into the product cycle.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a DevOps, infrastructure, or full-stack engineering role.
• Working proficiency in Python or Go.
• Hands-on experience deploying or supporting production systems on AWS.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and source control (GitHub).
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and containerization (Docker).
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)

• Exposure to monitoring, logging, and incident response or on-call rotations.
• Basic understanding of networking, system reliability, and security fundamentals.
