Salary: $70,000 - $106,000 per year

What you will do
- Maintain and improve AWS environments using infrastructure-as-code, including VPC, IAM, and cost controls.
- Develop frontend and backend production code for shared platform services using Go, Python, JavaScript, and React.
- Build and automate CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions for testing, container builds, and releases.
- Support a Docker-based deployment platform, managing build workflows and autoscaling.
- Implement observability tools, including metrics, centralized logging, alerting, and dashboards.
- Collaborate directly with nonprofit partners to support tool adoption and translate feedback into the product cycle.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a DevOps, infrastructure, or full-stack engineering role.
- Working proficiency in Python or Go.
- Hands-on experience deploying or supporting production systems on AWS.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and source control (GitHub).
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and containerization (Docker).
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)
Nice to have
- Exposure to monitoring, logging, and incident response or on-call rotations.
- Basic understanding of networking, system reliability, and security fundamentals.
- Interest in monitoring infrastructure costs and system efficiency.
