What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and facilitate Agile events for 1-3 teams to foster self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Coach teams on Agile values, artifacts, and the operating framework using a lean mindset.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure the continuous generation of business value.
• Identify and remove blockers and impediments to accelerate team progress and reduce decision latency.
• Lead the transition of legacy systems to modern, cloud-based solutions via Agile software development.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in business analysis, identifying business needs and recommending value-driven solutions.
• Extensive experience in software engineering and leading complex product development projects.
• Strong background in software change request management and cost estimation.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and end-user evaluation.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite five days a week in Peoria, IL.
