Salary: $274,000 - $583,000

What you will do
- Own the company-wide AI roadmap, including identification, prioritization, and sequencing of high-value AI use cases.
- Drive the AI agent strategy for Pharma Direct, focusing on patient-program matching and manufacturer ROI intelligence.
- Define business-driven requirements for AI platform evolution in partnership with Engineering and Data leaders.
- Lead enterprise adoption of AI solutions across functions such as sales enablement, customer support, finance, and legal operations.
- Establish AI governance standards, focusing on hallucination monitoring, bias detection, and HIPAA/FTC compliance.
- Manage the executive relationship with the Sponsor's technology team to drive AI maturity scoring and alignment.
Requirements
- Deep technical fluency in modern AI/ML, including transformer architectures, vector databases, and agent orchestration patterns.
- Proven track record of driving AI from concept to production across multiple business domains.
- Demonstrated ability to influence enterprise-wide adoption and manage senior stakeholders without direct team ownership.
- Experience in executive communication, presenting complex AI capabilities to CEOs and Board-level stakeholders.
- Must be located in the US (specifically Santa Monica, NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle).
