What you will do

• Own the company-wide AI roadmap, including identification, prioritization, and sequencing of high-value AI use cases.
• Drive the AI agent strategy for Pharma Direct, focusing on patient-program matching and manufacturer ROI intelligence.
• Define business-driven requirements for AI platform evolution in partnership with Engineering and Data leaders.
• Lead enterprise adoption of AI solutions across functions such as sales enablement, customer support, finance, and legal operations.
• Establish AI governance standards, focusing on hallucination monitoring, bias detection, and HIPAA/FTC compliance.
• Manage the executive relationship with the Sponsor's technology team to drive AI maturity scoring and alignment.

Requirements

• Deep technical fluency in modern AI/ML, including transformer architectures, vector databases, and agent orchestration patterns.
• Proven track record of driving AI from concept to production across multiple business domains.
• Demonstrated ability to influence enterprise-wide adoption and manage senior stakeholders without direct team ownership.
• Experience in executive communication, presenting complex AI capabilities to CEOs and Board-level stakeholders.
• Must be located in the US (specifically Santa Monica, NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle).
