What you will do

• Execute and support live events, seasonal content, promotions, and time-limited offers to ensure smooth launches.
• Own assigned portions of the Live Ops calendar, coordinating schedules and dependencies with Product and Production partners.
• Monitor live systems and events in real time to identify and resolve issues quickly in collaboration with Engineering and QA.
• Track event KPIs, player engagement, and revenue performance to provide insights for iterative improvements.
• Refine and document Live Ops workflows and checklists to reduce errors and increase execution quality.
• Collaborate across functions (Marketing, Support, Analytics) to ensure content is aligned and tested.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Canada
• 5+ years of experience in Live Ops or game operations, preferably in mobile free-to-play.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Hands-on experience executing segmented live content and A/B tests.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot live issues under pressure with high attention to detail.
• English: Professional proficiency (CV must be in English)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Live Ops admin tools, configuration systems, or experimentation frameworks.
• Experience with social, competitive, or franchise-driven games (sports, fighting, licensed IP).
