What you will do

• Design, launch, and manage the end-to-end community ambassador program, including recruitment and quality control.
• Moderate and structure B2B and B2C community channels to maintain a high standard of conversation and value.
• Curate a library of community-driven artifacts such as starter apps, prompt packs, and templates.
• Act as the voice of the community by triaging bugs and feature requests for the Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with CX and Engineering to define and implement community-driven education priorities and resources.
• Track and analyze community health and engagement metrics to guide strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience scaling B2B and B2C online communities with 10K+ members.
• Direct experience designing and running community ambassador or advocacy programs.
• Hands-on expertise with moderation systems, bots, and channel architecture.
• Strong product instinct and genuine enthusiasm for AI and the web development builder ecosystem.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience working in high-growth, early-stage environments with evolving priorities.

Nice to have

• Background in Product, Design, or Engineering.
• Familiarity with the AI coding tools ecosystem and emerging workflows.
• Experience building creator programs or digital marketplaces.
