Community Manager (Web3): Building and growing Sahara AI’s South Korean community across AI and blockchain through online and offline programs with an accent on meetups, hackathons, developer engagement, and localized campaigns. Focus on recruiting ambassadors, managing regional channels, coordinating influencer and partner relationships, and measuring community growth and engagement.

What you will do
- Design and run community programs that drive awareness, participation, and retention in South Korea.
- Plan and support meetups, hackathons, and workshops, including logistics and partnerships.
- Recruit and lead local ambassadors and build relationships with Web3 KOLs, AI builders, academic communities, and student groups.
- Manage Discord, Telegram, Naver Blog, and other local community channels.
- Localize marketing campaigns, content, and community updates with global marketing and developer relations teams.
- Track member, engagement, and contributor growth while coordinating influencer partnerships and local media outreach.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in community management, developer relations, or event operations.
- Strong understanding of South Korea’s AI and blockchain ecosystem.
- Experience managing social channels and developing engagement strategies.
- Proven event-planning experience from concept through execution.
- Passion for decentralized AI and emerging technologies.
- Fluent Korean and proficient English.
