What you will do

• Process invoices, manage purchase orders (POs), and maintain daily tracking sheets via Stripe and other platforms.
• Oversee month-end activities, including recurring invoicing, location updates, and inventory tracking.
• Manage internal payroll records and update weekly performance metrics.
• Handle Amazon expense reports, credit memos, and prepare estimates and quotes.
• Coordinate payments and inventory processing within QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Collaborate with Invoicing and Fulfillment teams to ensure financial operational accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in billing, finance operations, or a related administrative role.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO), Excel/Google Sheets, and expense tracking platforms.
• Availability to work during US business hours (Eastern Time Zone).
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
