What you will do

  • Own performance outcomes across a multi-channel B2B paid media portfolio, focusing on CPL and MQL/SQL conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel B2B strategies using Google, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and ABM platforms.
  • Act as the senior strategic lead for pillar client relationships and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Manage and develop a team of media directors and buyers, overseeing resource planning and career growth.
  • Drive account expansion through increased media investment and channel diversification.
  • Partner with leadership to test new tools, including AI-assisted buying and predictive lead scoring.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in paid media or B2B performance marketing.
  • Proven track record managing multi-channel B2B strategies for a client portfolio.
  • Experience managing monthly budgets between $200K and $1M+ per client.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic platforms.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead high-performing teams.
