What you will do

• Lead cross-functional intake and partnerships with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to manage a shared roadmap.
• Translate rich member data into dashboards and executive narratives to drive strategic decisions.
• Standardize tools and documentation by creating reusable templates, SOPs, and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate AI-supported service strategies to provide hyper-personalized member help.
• Drive proactive risk and issue management to prevent blockers in scope and timelines.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and the adoption of bleeding-edge AI tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project or program coordination/management.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Boston, MA or Limerick.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Sigma or similar.
• Strong foundation in project management fundamentals and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in daily professional tasks.
