What you will do

• Administer projects spanning multiple functional areas like Training, IT, Marketing, Product, and Legal.
• Manage project plans using standard templates with minor customizations, track budgets, and ensure timely billing.
• Facilitate requirements analysis, identify resources and timelines, and conduct meetings with status reports.
• Coordinate project staff, allocate tasks, handle scope changes through negotiation, and escalate issues as needed.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet project targets and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training/work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Developing professional expertise in applying company policies to resolve issues.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Ability to work on problems of moderate scope requiring analysis of various factors.
