Salary: $98,000 - $153,000 USD

What you will do

• Execute and iterate the OSCER product strategy to help states meet community engagement requirements.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to prioritize and execute team goals.
• Conduct policy research on Medicaid programs to influence product direction.
• Represent OSCER in demos, market research, and prospective client calls.
• Partner with business development to translate market intel into product features.
• Coordinate multi-vendor integrations with state systems and third-party providers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing enterprise-class solutions.
• Experience in early-stage product discovery, platform management, and go-to-market strategies.
• Proven track record of delivering complex features or products.
• Experience with business development in government digital services firms.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Comfortable with Agile ceremonies and managing high levels of ambiguity.

• Experience experimenting with AI and following the evolving AI landscape.
• Fluency in technical products such as SDKs, APIs, frameworks, and libraries.
