TL;DR

Location: Fully remote within Portugal

What you will do

  • Act as main point of contact for users and partners, delivering outstanding service via email, chat, phone, and social media tools (Facebook, App Store, Play Store, Google Reviews).
  • Handle priority situations with high care and proactively contact users/stores when needed.
  • Build and implement processes to inspire sustainable lifestyles using the platform.
  • Serve as brand ambassador, encouraging sustainable behavior in all communications.
  • Communicate customer needs and motivations to internal teams locally and globally.
  • Use German or English, with translation tools for other languages as necessary.

Requirements

  • Full written and verbal proficiency in German and English.
  • Experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
  • Experience with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot or SAP.
  • Excellent communicator able to set high standards.
  • Team player skilled in building relationships and resolving conflicts.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to focus on repetitive tasks.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a marketplace, big platform, or Food Industry.
