• Actively design and shape team processes to directly influence customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent English and at least C1 level German proficiency.
• Commercial training and initial experience in customer service or a similar customer-oriented role.
• Strong communication skills and a high level of empathy for customer needs.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and ability to quickly learn new IT systems.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Cardiff, UK.
