What you will do

• Partner with global hiring managers to define requirements and create inclusive job descriptions for the Colombian market.
• Design and execute full-cycle internal and external recruitment processes.
• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, digital channels, and other creative methods.
• Conduct interviews in English and Spanish to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the candidate experience and provide timely feedback across various markets.
• Support internal movements, performance, and disciplinary processes according to Colombia labor practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment or HR experience within an international setting.
• Strong understanding of Colombia labor practices.
• Fluent English (professional level) for corporate communication.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
