Senior Recruiter (Pharmaceutical)

Senior Recruiter (HR/Recruiting): Managing the full recruitment cycle for pharmaceutical clients with an accent on strategic sourcing, candidate experience, and consultative partnership with hiring managers. Focus on deploying advanced sourcing techniques, building talent pipelines, and ensuring compliance within a corporate RPO environment.

Location: Hybrid in Buenos Aires, Argentina (2-3 times onsite)

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from detailed job scoping with hiring leaders to final offer negotiation.
• Execute advanced sourcing strategies using Boolean search, social media, and deep web techniques to identify passive talent.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates specifically for the pharmaceutical industry and corporate RPO roles.
• Act as a brand ambassador for clients, providing tailored value propositions to engage high-quality candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers as a consultant, providing market trends and proactively communicating search status.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards (including OFCCP) and provide accurate reporting of recruiting activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the pharmaceutical industry or Corporate RPO.
• English and Spanish fluency is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven expertise in niche segment sourcing and the use of recruitment technologies to create efficiencies.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

• Proficiency in Portuguese.
