What you will do

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Identify qualified passive and active candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, social media, job boards, and referrals.
• Engage candidates with tailored messaging, nurture talent pipelines, and conduct initial qualifications.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and track sourcing metrics.
• Stay updated on market trends and support employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years as Sourcer or Recruitment Specialist, ideally in technology or consulting.
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong skills in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
• Strong organization, time management, and ability to work in fast-paced collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing technical roles (software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, data).
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing automation tools.
• Talent mapping or market research experience.
