TL;DR

Recruitment Intern (HR/Recruitment): Managing the full hiring journey from job posting to candidate onboarding with an accent on sourcing and candidate screening. Focus on optimizing the recruitment pipeline, enhancing employer branding, and coordinating interviews in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in the Netherlands (2 days/week in Amsterdam office, 3 days remote).

Salary: Monthly internship compensation

Leading innovator in digital health & fitness SaaS serving trainers, studios, clubs and corporate wellness clients worldwide.

What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs to hiring candidates.
  • Screen candidates via video calls and schedule interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
  • Source and connect with potential candidates through LinkedIn.
  • Contribute to employer branding projects and promote job openings online.

Requirements

  • 3rd or 4th year HBO/WO student.
  • Available for 5–6 months (32–40 hours/week).
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and independence.
  • Strong organizational skills for handling a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Dutch.
