What you will do

• Track, manage, and report on overall project status and maintain detailed project plans.
• Oversee department financials, including tracking purchases, expenses, and generating monthly reports.
• Manage 3rd party project delivery resources and provide guidance to achieve project goals.
• Implement communication plans, facilitate project meetings, and maintain documentation governance.
• Curate and manage SharePoint sites, company intranet, and user documentation.
• Implement standard risk and change management routines to mitigate project risks.

Requirements

• Experience supporting and driving IT projects within an office environment.
• General understanding of the SaaS landscape and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to various stakeholder levels.
• High degree of multitasking ability and self-driven organizational skills.
• Location: Must be based in Santa Monica/Los Angeles.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) or equivalent related experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Asana.
• Prior Project Management experience.
