What you will do

• Deliver flight simulator and ground school instruction for assigned aircraft types, supporting type ratings and pilot qualifications.
• Conduct professional pre- and post-flight simulator briefings in alignment with hirify.global standards.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and lead clients through their training programs.
• Maintain training records, recommend remedial training, and track instructional activity.
• Support the development of curricula and courseware as an SME.
• Qualify as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman after approximately 1.5+ years.

Requirements

• Unrestricted ATP certificate and at least one unrestricted PIC Type Rating.
• Authorization to live and work in the United States.
• Mandatory participation in hirify.global’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and internet-based applications).
• Ability to meet physical demands, including climbing ladders and lifting objects up to 20 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience flying single pilot or business aircraft.
• Proven ability to deliver tailored instruction to diverse learners.
• Previous experience contributing to training curricula or courseware development.
