TL;DR

Growth Marketing Manager (Medtech): Executing multi-channel acquisition strategies across paid media, email, and SEO to scale digital healthcare clinics with an accent on data-driven iteration and channel diversification. Focus on running A/B tests, optimizing paid campaigns on Meta and Google, and managing affiliate partnerships to drive patient growth.

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in office). Must be based in London or Berlin

What you will do

  • Execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube, optimizing for acquisition and efficiency.
  • Manage end-to-end email flows and triggers using CustomerIO.
  • Drive organic patient acquisition through SEO content creation and optimization across UK and international markets.
  • Develop data-informed creative briefs and collaborate with the creative team for campaign assets.
  • Conduct A/B tests with clear hypotheses and integrate findings into growth strategies.
  • Maintain and scale affiliate and influencer partnerships.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in at least two marketing channels (paid, email, content, or CRM).
  • Proficiency in data analysis, dashboard navigation, and hypothesis-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product, analytics, and creative teams.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the London (Old Street) or Berlin offices.
