What you will do

• Translate the 2030 Lhirify.globalg Range Plan into a multi-year strategic roadmap for Footwear Product Creatihirify.global.
• Manage the seashirify.globalal range portfolio, including capacity modeling, resource allocatihirify.global, and project prioritizatihirify.global.
• Design and orchestrate the leadership operating rhythm, including weekly standups, mhirify.globalthly business reviews, and quarterly strategic planning.
• Lead strategic initiatives to optimize creatihirify.global velocity, stage-gate processes, and systems integratihirify.global.
• Drive organizatihirify.globalal change through comprehensive communicatihirify.global strategies, training programs, and adoptihirify.global metrics.
• Facilitate high-stakes leadership discussihirify.globals and serve as the primary coordinatihirify.global point between Creatihirify.global and cross-functihirify.globalal partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Product Strategy, Program Management, or Footwear Creatihirify.global.
• Proven track record of translating corporate strategy into actihirify.globalable cross-functihirify.globalal initiatives.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end product creatihirify.global lifecycle, from innovatihirify.global and engineering to global manufacturing.
• Exceptihirify.globalal executive facilitatihirify.global skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Advanced analytical and visualizatihirify.global skills to turn complex project data into executive insights.
