What you will do

• Lead regional positioning and narratives for EMEA and APAC, adapting global stories to fit local market dynamics.
• Act as the primary product marketing partner to regional Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders.
• Launch international capabilities, such as language support, ensuring the field has the necessary messaging and collateral.
• Serve as a regional evangelist for the platform in executive engagements, customer meetings, and industry events.
• Collaborate with global teams to refine product direction and secure customer advocacy and case studies.
• Develop scalable enablement frameworks and analyze pipeline conversion to improve overall GTM effectiveness.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of product marketing experience in Enterprise SaaS or AI-driven technology.
• Proven experience supporting go-to-market strategy across EMEA and/or APAC regions.
• Strong storytelling and narrative-building skills for complex technical platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with sales teams to drive measurable revenue impact.
• Highly analytical approach to regional performance and data-driven decision-making.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

• Experience in contact center or customer experience (CX) technology.
• Familiarity with LLMs or agentic AI systems.
