TL;DR

Account Manager (Software/Cloud): Own and grow a portfolio of direct B2B customers in the Lithuanian market, acting as trusted advisor on digital transformation, Microsoft licensing, cloud adoption (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and IT services. Focus on retaining revenue through renewals, securing cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, leading complex sales cycles, and building multi-level client relationships.

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania | Hybrid | Valid work authorization for Lithuania required

Salary: up to €3,300 gross per month, including bonuses (depends on seniority and experience)

What you will do

  • Own a defined portfolio of B2B customers, retaining and growing revenue through renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell
  • Act as primary strategic advisor, guiding Microsoft licensing, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end software licensing order lifecycle, including quoting, ordering, and invoicing
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying opportunities across software, cloud, and services
  • Lead complex sales cycles for cloud migrations, managed services, and enterprise licensing agreements
  • Build multi-level client relationships and orchestrate internal/partner teams (Microsoft, AWS, Google) for seamless experience

Requirements

  • Valid work authorization for Lithuania
  • English at a professional level
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft licensing models (CSP, EA, MCA)
  • Proven B2B account management or sales experience in IT, software, or cloud
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and FinOps concepts
  • Consultative sales mindset, relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
  • High organization, ownership, and accuracy in managing deals, renewals, and CRM
