What you will do

• Qualify and manage inbound leads to identify customer pain points and needs.
• Deliver tailored product demos and host educational webinars to convert potential customers.
• Guide prospects through the sales journey and build strong long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize lead quality and messaging.
• Represent the product at global industry events.
• Manage pipeline activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Requirements

• Experience in inbound SaaS sales or similar client-facing roles.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence in delivering demos and webinars.
• Data-driven mindset with focus on performance metrics and conversion optimization.
• Excellence in written and verbal English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania.
