Focus on leading long-cycle enterprise sales cycles, positioning card infrastructure and processing solutions, and scaling the sales team from 4 to 10 members.

What you will do
- Lead a team of 4 sales members and scale it to 10
- Develop and expand partnerships with banks, fintechs, and technology providers
- Build relationships with C-level stakeholders like CTOs, COOs, and Heads of Card Departments
- Manage strategic long-term sales cycles (6-24 months) with financial institutions
- Present card infrastructure, processing capabilities, and technical solutions consultatively
- Engage with international payment systems and obtain referrals
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic partnerships or enterprise sales in card acquiring, issuer processing, or banking IT infrastructure
- Established network of CTOs, CEOs, and Heads of Cards
- Strong background in card acquiring, issuer processing, or card infrastructure
- Understanding of banking IT systems, processing platforms, and transaction flows
- Experience selling to banks, EMIs, fintechs, or financial institutions
- Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
