TL;DR

Head of Sales | Chief Growth (SaaS) (Payments): Expanding the partner ecosystem in new regions and driving commercial adoption of payment technology infrastructure with an accent on strategic partnerships with banks and fintechs. Focus on leading long-cycle enterprise sales cycles, positioning card infrastructure and processing solutions, and scaling the sales team from 4 to 10 members.

Well-established international payments and acquiring provider serving merchants across Europe and global markets for 20 years, operating as a licensed financial institution in the EU and UK.

What you will do

  • Lead a team of 4 sales members and scale it to 10
  • Develop and expand partnerships with banks, fintechs, and technology providers
  • Build relationships with C-level stakeholders like CTOs, COOs, and Heads of Card Departments
  • Manage strategic long-term sales cycles (6-24 months) with financial institutions
  • Present card infrastructure, processing capabilities, and technical solutions consultatively
  • Engage with international payment systems and obtain referrals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic partnerships or enterprise sales in card acquiring, issuer processing, or banking IT infrastructure
  • Established network of CTOs, CEOs, and Heads of Cards
  • Strong background in card acquiring, issuer processing, or card infrastructure
  • Understanding of banking IT systems, processing platforms, and transaction flows
  • Experience selling to banks, EMIs, fintechs, or financial institutions
  • Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
