What you will do

• Support leadership with cost calculations, risk/benefit analysis, and feasibility studies for new projects and milestones.
• Manage operational budgeting, expense tracking, purchase approvals, and vendor relationships.
• Identify, track, and resolve blockers hindering product development to maintain alignment on timelines.
• Partner with the Project Manager to plan scope, timelines, and costs for product milestones.
• Collaborate with the team to identify inefficiencies and optimize delivery time and cost.
• Standardize recurring operational processes to enable smoother company scaling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Operations Management experience in the tech industry.
• Experience working with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Background in pre-revenue/pre-profit startups as well as companies with established processes.
• Proficiency in expense tracking, budgeting, risk management, and documentation management.
• Experience managing fully remote, distributed production teams.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience in game development or mobile apps development.
• Experience with Web3 projects.
• Understanding of project management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
