What you will do

• Own end-to-end improvement of security systems and tools from requirement gathering to post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive feature rollouts and system enhancements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve internal workflows and operational efficiency.
• Draft and maintain comprehensive product, project, and process documentation.
• Manage security user-facing channels, including content planning and performance analysis.
• Conduct data processing and reporting to support strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product/project management or operations.
• Strong product sense and experience driving initiatives from planning to execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
• Experience in content writing, editing, and information research.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Ability to effectively leverage AI tools in a professional environment.
