What you will do

  • Tailor campaigns that amplify a game’s creative identity and resonate with global audiences.
  • Guide the game’s marketing presence from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with the game’s vision.
  • Own and manage the marketing budget.
  • Craft narratives and strategies that generate anticipation and long-term relevance.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts across SoCom, PR, Event, Paid Media, and Influencer Management.
  • Monitor engagement and campaign performance across several projects.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in video game brand marketing, including campaign ownership across multiple titles.
  • Proven track record of translating creative ideas into clear strategies, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Deep understanding of how to connect games with players across various channels and markets.
  • Must be based in the Latin America (LatAm) region.

Nice to have

  • Experience in brand planning for several games in parallel.
  • Background in publishing, developer collaboration, or boutique/indie campaigns.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and data-informed decision making.
