• Partner with development studios to determine target audiences, business models, and service feature sets.
• Oversee global marketing budgets and financial responsibility for franchise-related advertising efforts.

Requirements

• Deep experience working on and shipping AAA games is a must.
• 10+ years of experience in brand and product marketing.
• Proven track record of developing high-impact global consumer strategies and mass market campaigns.
• Expertise in consumer insights, product positioning, and creative development.
• Ability to influence and engage internal and external stakeholders in a franchise brand vision.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (MBA is a plus).
