Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 base + 10% ABP Bonus

What you will do

• Design and build an AI-powered content library for lead management and objection handling.
• Analyze sales data from Salesforce and Salted CX to identify and prioritize capability gaps.
• Iterate on content based on performance outcomes and conversion metrics.
• Integrate AI tools (LLMs) into sales workflows such as call prep and pitch sequencing.
• Create scalable systems and assets that can be used independently by reps and managers.

Requirements

• Degree from an Ivy League or equivalent top-tier university.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to create and refine content using LLMs and AI tools.
• Proficiency in reading Salesforce reports to extract actionable signals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
