What you will do

• Develop and evolve a cohesive global vision for campaigns, events, editorial, SEO, and educational content.
• Lead the ideation and creation of multi-format content, from blog posts and guides to carousels and email narratives.
• Define and execute the organic social strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
• Build a performance-tracked content engine deeply integrated with product and growth goals.
• Manage and mentor a high-impact team of writers, strategists, social media managers, and video producers.
• Set the bar for taste and originality, developing platform-native creative concepts that drive engagement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading creative, content, and social teams, ideally in SaaS, media, or creator-focused tech.
• Proven track record of scaling content and social strategies that drive brand awareness and pipeline impact.
• Deep fluency in digital storytelling and mastery of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
• Expertise in video and visual storytelling, including directing creative vision and managing production workflows.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and influence stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Austin, TX.
