TL;DR

What you will do

• Architect the GTM playbook by defining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and designing outreach sequences.
• Own the full sales cycle from cold outbound and technical discovery to procurement and closing.
• Build high-value pipelines through face-to-face relationship building at industry events and conferences.
• Act as a bridge between the market and engineering by distilling prospect objections into product requirements.
• Implement and automate the GTM tech stack, including CRM and data enrichment tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in North America.
• 4-8 years of experience, ideally as a founding or early sales hire at a high-growth Series A/B startup.
• Deep understanding of the modern AI stack, including LLM trade-offs and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to operate in a 0-to-1 environment and build processes from scratch.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for high-level stakeholder updates and outreach.
