What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of client delivery professionals to ensure high-quality accounting and administrative services.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary escalation point to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Design and structure the team to optimize efficiency, scalability, and delivery against organizational objectives.
• Implement and oversee control frameworks to minimize operational risks and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Drive systems enhancement initiatives and global change projects to increase operational effectiveness.
• Support business development through client presentations and onboarding activities.

Requirements

• University degree in finance or accounting.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in fund administration, with strong preference for Private Credit or Private Debt assets.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI for operational reporting is a plus.
• Deep understanding of fund structures, fee calculations, and financial instruments.
• Experience with fund accounting software such as Geneva, Investran, or Yardi, and knowledge of Bloomberg.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA, CGA, CMA, ICAEW, or CFA is highly considered.
